My 1:1 coaching programs consist of a 3 month, 6 month or 12 month program. Each person will require varying levels of support and we can discuss which program works best for you in the Health Assessment.

Pricing varies depending on the program. I offer 1:1 coaching and 1:1 coaching + lab testing which would make the pricing vary. Additional costs may include CGM, supplements if you decide those would be a helpful addition to your wellness journey.
